The Aim of the study is to develop an integrated environmental impact visualization tool for coral reef environment (IEIVT-CoRE) for management and sustainable development with particular reference to coral reefs of Andaman Islands using Remote Sensing and GIS. The aim of the study stated above has been achieved through the following objectives; they are Identification of coral reefs using satellite remote sensing imageries and Categorized into different zones based on coastal geomorphology and bathymetry, Assessment of natural and anthropogenic impacts over coral reef ecosystem of Andaman Islands. Generating and suggesting management solutions based on results obtained using the tool to protect coral reef ecosystem.
