Acknowledging God: Public high school students are routinely threatened with significant disciplinary action if they make any reference to God in speeches. Christmas: Christmas is now "holidays," Christmas trees are "holiday trees," public nativity scenes are banned, and some companies forbid their employees from saying "Merry Christmas" to customers.
