As has pretty much anyone who has ever existed, good and evil are things that I have thought about throughout my life. Most everyone has things they consider good or evil, either to themselves and/or publicly. In high school I was asked to write a five paragraph essay on the question: Do you think that human beings are inherently good or evil? Everyone else who answered the essay said humans were either good or evil, and had a back-up explanation for their decision. I simply answered "no." My back up explanation was that human beings were not either inherently good or inherently evil, but five paragraphs didn't allow me to do it justice. The following includes my subsequent thoughts that I have had on the issue throughout the years, and it also includes a discussion of the thoughts others have currently, and have had, throughout the years. I do this by talking about faith, religion, psychology, philosophy, and ethics, and how my thoughts on these issues have changed over time through learning, particularly in how they relate to the human conscience. This book also speaks out against Satanism in favor of traditional religions such as, and especially, Christianity.
