The problems addressed in the book are specific the tribosystems of sliding with rolling, respectively of rolling with sliding, at which, in the start-up period, between the contact elements of the friction couples, a third body is practically formed, which leads to the occurrence of an "antifriction states" and can not be confused with the antifriction properties of the bodies in contact. A way to create the antifriction state is that of the selective mass transfer occurring in some couples of material and in the presence of special lubricants. The book content, with the title of above, presents a collection of the most significant papers of the author published on this topic, among which one inspired the title of this manuscript.
