"The book may be useful for a wide community of engineers and specialists who are working in the field of applied mechanics and mathematics. The book may be useful for senior students and post graduate students also." (Oleg Cherkasov, zbMATH 1440.93002, 2020)
Some Problems of Applied Theory of Vibrations.- Features of Representation of Mechanical Circuits Based on Equipment of The Theory of Circuits and Automatic Control Theory.- Some Issues of The Methodology of The Approaches of The Structural Modeling in The Dynamics of Mechanical Oscillatory Systems.- Construction of Mathematical Models of Mechanical Vibrational Systems: Additional Couplings and Equivalent Transformations.- Joints in The Dynamics of Mechanical Oscillatory Systems.- Reduced Characteristics in Assessing Properties of Mechanical Oscillatory Systems: Generalized Approaches in The Construction of Mathematical Models.- Lever Linkages in Mechanical Oscillatory Systems.- Some Applications of The Methods Structural Mathematical Modeling
This book develops and substantiates methods for structural mathematical modeling in the context of protecting machines and equipment from vibration effects. It analyzes problems concerning the dynamic interactions of elements in mechanical oscillatory systems, constructing suitable mathematical models, estimating their dynamic properties, and adapting structural mathematical models to the equivalent forms. In turn, it develops a methodological basis for identifying the lever linkages and taking into account the peculiarities of their influence on the dynamic properties of systems.
Given its scope, the book offers a valuable resource for specialists in the fields of dynamics and strength of machines, vibration protection systems for equipment, and maintenance of the dynamic quality of vibrating machines, as well as students in related degree programs.
