So, as I sit here and think about how to write the perfect introduction for this book. I realize that there is no perfect way to write an introduction other than to just be real and introduce it. Some people probably won't be able to handle the details of the character in this book, but believe it or not these are real life people. At least one of the characters in this book will relate to someone reading it right now. Some people are really battling with brokenness, drug abuse, having children out of wedlock, the death of a loved one, generational curses, and so forth. Too many times people become afraid of revealing their mess. They get saved and act as if they're perfect and never went through anything or have ever done anything wrong. When in reality, the very thing that they were delivered from is the very thing that someone they know is battling with. You see, sometimes it's so easy to forget where God has brought us from. It's easy to keep our skeletons in a closet when our testimony has the power to draw others to Jesus. It's easy to look at someone and judge them when you really have no idea what that person has or is going through in their life. It's easy to want to give up when things get hard in your marriage or in your relationships with other people, but I encourage everyone who picks up this book to love people genuinely and to share your testimony with others, because you never know how God can use your mess as a message and turn you into the messenger that He designed you to be. Realize that you have power Revelation 12: 11 says, "They overcame by the power of their testimony."
