I had a wonderful childhood with happy parents. We lived outside the city and had a large garden where we played and harvested. My school in Middle Germany was bombed out and I was thrown into the horror of war. Homeless I came to Bavaria where I stood on a roof with a white sheet and let the US Army into the village. No shot was fired - nobody got killed. Finally back in Bremen I rebuild our houses from leftovers. Luck was with me and I was picked by the USA to run one of their two PX stores in Germany. I met people from all over the world. Queens, Presidents and the wonderful US GI's. Good funny stories I am telling you. Finally, I packed up and came to the USA. The city of Chicago I love and talk about how exciting it was to live there. I worked in the Media and Banking and took in everything that was going on in the city. I love to travel and after I had seen every State in the USA, I decided to move to Arizona. There I learned the way of the desert with the different fauna and flora, the beauty of a cloudless sky at night with a full moon or a sunset on a blazing hot day. stick you saw and thought it was nothing is full of leaves and flowers. The world is full of beauty, all we have to do ---LOOK
