In order to bring out the dynamics at play in Saudis relations with Sub-Sahara Africa, the author chose a case study of Uganda a country that has witnessed, at different periods in time, both cordial and cold relations with Saudi Arabia. The book further examines the Amin factor in Saudi -Uganda relations. The book may be useful to, among others, policy makers in foreign policy matters, those who are interested on doing business with Saudi Arabia as well as to ordinary readers that are curious to know something about the Saudi society, the issues that endeared Idi Amin to Saudi Arabia and the relationship between Saudi Arabia and Uganda after Idi Amin.
