Modern economic cooperation is one of the most important sources of development for each State. It is with a view to the impact that the implementation of EPAs could have that this study has been carried out, at a time when different development programs are following one another. It provides a critical view based on proposals to enable developing countries to capitalize on economic relations in order to ensure the takeoff so long awaited by their populations. From another angle, a comparative study in terms of economic integration has been carried out between different African regional blocs negotiating a full EPA with the EU.
