Thus, in his dual role as civil servant of Humanity and bird of Minerva, the philosopher pushes the resourceful people of the Republic to take care of their management of public affairs, in order to escape his triple questioning (critical) gaze, interrogation (persistent) and questioning (permanent), with the ethical objective of pushing them to do better, to earn the trust of the people, whose present absence is reflected in the constant increase in the rate of abstention in elections.

Didier Ngalebaye was born on April 22, 1968 in Abala, Congo. He holds a doctorate in philosophy and is a CAMES lecturer at the Université Marien Ngouabi in Brazzaville, Congo. A member of the LACTO network at Lille 3 University and a research associate at CERDOTOLA, he is the author of several essays.
