This experiment study explores the implementation of scaffolding in enhancement of literacy learning in a post-graduate classroom setting. The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of scaffolded instruction on the learning achievement of post-graduate students. The Master students studying at Sheikhupura Campus of Sargodha University were taken as the population of this experimental study. The two groups of 60 master students studies in course "Research Methods in Education" were selected as the convenient sample of the study. It was a pre-test, post-test of 30control group and 30experimental group study applied used for the learners. Scaffolded instructions were applied only experimental group and other group was studied through traditional lecture method. The complexities of scaffolding instruction existing in higher learning context during experiment study were examined. The study was concluded that here was major modification in the "academic performance" amongst the learners that were involved in scaffolded instruction as compared to that group who were taught with (traditional) lecture method.
