In this Electrical Power Plant electricity is produced at any time on-demand, by recombining the gases in a "Fuel Cell" which delivers the electrical power, and gives you most of the water back. Repeat. The Water-Battery has no moving parts, no emissions, no toxicity, no soil, air, or water impacts. This battery technology is silent, safe, uses no combustion, no noise, no particulates, no Mercury, no VOCs, no Nitrates, no Sulfates, no radiation.
