We are a special breed-we share a true passion to help others-we are more people-centric, not machine-centric, and we tend to see the world through the shared success of employees we interact with, not necessarily the increased production that our efforts may affect. We are concerned about human assets, not machine centers or processes. Now saying this, it does not mean we don't have Operational Excellence imperatives in mind...we tend to gravitate more toward the human condition than the downtime or uptime condition.
