Here is one way that URANTIA describes the fairness of the universe adjudication system: (447.4) 40:5.19 As to the chances of mortal survival, let it be made forever clear: All souls of every possible phase of mortal existence will survive provided they manifest willingness to cooperate with their indwelling Adjusters and exhibit a desire to find God and to attain divine perfection, even though these desires be but the first faint flickers of the primitive comprehension of that "true light which lights every man who comes into the world." They won't need to wonder if they will be given every opportunity to choose to do the Will of God. Knowing the exact steps of this ascension plan from man to God can only help each reader make the decision to either choose eternal life by doing the Will of God, or choose the extinction of their personality by choosing not to do the Will of God.
