His affluent and supportive parents are now both dead so he is completely on his own, and not used to not having everything handed to him he becomes desperate. After about six weeks of running, trying to get to Willa Mae, and survive he reaches the end of his rope when he runs out of money, is reduced to begging, and realizes he has been feigning insanity. THE SINISTER SMILE takes the reader through danger, suspense, romance and intrigue. It is a story of abuse, deceit, murder, kidnapping, and insanity.
