In Tara Crystalbelle is no longer tiny, and Radykon is a huge dragon and a delighted teddy is able to talk and walk. The summer solstice is coming and Franzie and her teddy embark on a journey into Crystalbelle's land where they, witness a lovely, rare and ancient ceremony. There are so many surprises in the land of Tara. Crystalbelle and Radykon take them to the sea, to meet Oppian the dolphin who takes them to an underwater city. Here they meet a race of people who had chosen to live under the sea many thousands of years ago.
