Walter Horn received his Ph.D. in philosophy from Brown University in 1978. The author of numerous articles and one prior book touching on areas extending from metaphysics and the philosophy of perception to public policy, aesthetics, and the philosophy of religion, Horn has championed the work of Everett Hall since the mid-1980s.
