The study conducted from the perspective of the impact of the human factor on economic growth highlighted many variables and features that impress certain trends of the indicators analyzed and strengthen the hypothesis that human capital is one of the essential links in ensuring sustainable economic development.

Rusu, Radu Radu Rusu is a graduate of the "Nicolae Balcescu" Land Forces Academy in Sibiu, Romania, where he studied Accounting and Management Informatics. During his college years he showed a special interest in economics, his research interests materializing in participations at international conferences and national competitions with valuable works.
