This book firstly deals with the unresolved problems of quantum mechanics (with the quantum measurements and with the problem of the reduction of the wave function) and more with the recently resolved problem of time as a quantum observable canonically conjugated to energy and also with time analysis of quantum tunnelling processes and other quantum processes of collisions and with the methods of nuclear chrononetry in astrophysics and geophysics.The second part deals with the curious open grand problems of physics and natural sciences formulated by V.Ginzburg and the author. The small last part is dedicated to the ethics of the scientific worker (concretely on the academic freedom and on the moral choice).

O autorze

I was a postgraduate student of the physical faculty of Kiev university in 1960-63. I have obtained the the degree of PHD in 1964 and then I worked as a theoretician there till 1979. In 1979 I transfered to the Institute for Nuclear Research of NASU. I obtained the degree of Doctor Abilitatus of Science in 1989 and the title of professor in 1992.
