Gian Luca Gardini is Professor of History of International Relations at the University of Udine, Italy. He also holds the position of Carlos Saavedra Lamas Visiting Professor of International Relations at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany. From 2014 to 2021, he served as Chair of International Business and Society Relations with focus on Latin America at the same institution.
