The book is about the triune being of God and how we as mankind are created in His image. First, God has spirit, soul, and body (the Lord Jesus Christ.) Man has a spirit, soul, and body. Through study, I have found that the soul is in the blood. The spirit is in the heart. The inward or inner man is the heart. The heart is the center of the soul. It is full of blood, which contains the soul; therefore, they are one and the same. It proves that the mind and will are seated in the heart. The brain is a processor that brings thoughts, imagination, etc. which come from the heart. In some mysterious fashion (that only God Almighty understands), those thoughts, reasoning, imaginations flow from the heart through the blood to the brain. This is where these things are manifested. It feels like the brain is the mind, because there is a process going on there. Thoughts are being brought into the physical realm. Finally, we all deal with what's called the flesh. They are inordinate affections for the ungodly. They are overcome by walking in charity.
