It means all stakeholders of education creating departments and secretariats whose sole duty is to fight drugs. It is a necessary reading for ethicists, theologians, and educationists from the middle level of education to the university level. it is also an important reading for parents who will have to learn how to handle their teens who are vulnerable to permissiveness of our modern world.

Geoffrey Karimi Njogu has a Master of Philosophy Degree (MPhil) in Applied Theo-Ethics; and a Bachelors Degree from St Paul's University, Kenya. He is currently the Director of Kirinyaga County Empowerment Initiative which seeks to transform the youth and students who are badly affected by hard substances. He also doubles as youth counselor.
