This study reflects on the quality of services provided by a higher education institution. This master's dissertation, a qualitative and quantitative study, aims to discuss and contribute to the educational community in terms of the quality of services provided by HEIs in the municipality of Marabá. With reference to the commercialization of higher education. This is a challenge for both the service provider and the recipient, in terms of writing, interpreting, observing and receiving the services provided. Based on the following problem, how have these services been provided? Has it achieved its goals and objectives in providing higher education services in the municipality of Marabá?
