Dr Azhar Mahmood was funded by the Higher Education Commission Pakistan to pursue a Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Department of Educational Organization and Leadership, University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign USA under the supervision of Dr. Carolyn M Shields who is a well-known educationist for her research on the educational leadership.
