Today, mercy is one of the overused terms in contemporary evangelical Christianity. From the Old Testament, he delves into the institutionalisation of mercy in God's relationship with His people, by examining the significance of the Mercy Seat located on the Ark of the Covenant, which represented the government and presence of God among His people. From that, he explains the implication of the scriptural understanding of God's mercy for us today.
