The People Project is a crowd-funded project that was initiated in April 2012 through kickstarter.com, an online funding platform for creative ventures. The goal of the project was to create a collection of paintings that would attempt to capture the beauty of each individual's unique story and the photographs they submitted. People are fascinating in all their complexity. Like storybook characters, each has their own unique aura and personality shaped by their distinct experiences, backgrounds, and defining attributes. Over a year since the project's initial launch, I can proudly present this collection of art inspired by a group of beautiful people who submitted their stories and photographs to The People Project.
