John Witte, Jr., is Woodruff University Professor, McDonald Distinguished Professor, and Faculty Director of the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University. He has published many articles and books, including recently Religion and Human Rights; No Establishment of Religion; Church, State, and Family; The Blessings of Liberty; and Religion and the American Constitutional Experiment.
Rafael Domingo is Spruill Family Professor of Law and Religion at Emory University, and Álvaro d'Ors Professor of Law at the University of Navarra. He has published many articles and books, including recently The New Global Law; God and the Legal System; Great Christian Jurists in Spanish History; Roman Law: An Introduction; and Law and Religion in a Secular Age.
