Oscar Edoror Ubhenin is a Lecturer in Public Administration at the Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria. He previously worked for the legislature of Edo State in a variety of functions. He has attended research and development programs in Africa, Europe and North America. His current research interests are public policy, governance and social justice.
