We pastors have a job different from everyone else on earth. Pastoring a church or ministry is sometimes (if not too often) a thankless job. Often the very members we invest so much of our life into, turn around and become those who hurt us the most. Sometimes people mistreat our families, because they cannot control our decisions. And, too often, they punish us by withholding tithes and offering. On the other hand, pastoring people is a reward in itself. We affect the life decisions of many and help even more come to know a real, fruitful, and fulfilling relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. This manual covers many situations and circumstances which will affect the pastor and his or her operations of the church organization, with a special emphasis on the relationship between the pastor and our Lord.
