STEPHEN E. PRATHER, M.D., is president and CEO of Medical Resource Management in Salt Lake City, Utah. Prather is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has served on the Medical Advisory Panel for the Pew Health Professions Commission at Duke University.
