Our spiritual life is a process of shifting our sense of self from our body-mind to our unchanging awareness and living from there. As our awareness, we are all one and the same. Awareness is the place of oneness. We all have different experiences, bodies and minds, but everyone's unchanging awareness is life's eternal being. Awareness itself is the place of safety, peace and freedom. Everything else is a passing experience within life's creativity. Life's continuous creativity is magnificent and fascinating, but it is ever-changing. It is life's playground. Life's unchanging awareness is life's home.
