The subsequent New Jim Crow Era is highlighted as an epoch where extralegal killings of unarmed blacks by police officers and vigilante killings significantly exceed lynching in the former epoch. Under Trump's ethno-national leadership, the Ku Klux Klan (KKK), the American Nazi Party and other white nationalist groups and individuals are once again marching on Washington DC to triumph in the reign of their uncontested racial supremacy and animus.
