Thus when we look at one man we are actually looking at imprint of eons of time and space. Man had curious beginnings. The distant precursors of Homo sapiens, the modern man of earth, stood up on his two hind legs and were surprised that the forelegs were not needed for locomotion, and could be moved around as he wishes. The element of surprise was of course panned out through generations. That is true even today. The evolution of man is through the evolution of dimensions of life, the dimensions created by nature or man himself. Adjustments to these dimensions are the patterns of evolution. The Homo habilis, the first group of humanoids in our knowledge, developed long arms.
