Dator, Ph.D., is a Psychologist who obtained his Doctorate in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Multicultural Counseling from Seton Hall University in New Jersey and completed training as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, San Diego and as a Doctoral Psychology Intern at the University of Notre Dame.
