Mara Selvini Palazzoli is recognized worldwide as an authority on family systems and family therapy, and is widely published in the United States in such journals as Family Process and the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy. The other contributors, all of them psychologists, are members of a group formed in 1972 specifically to study behavior in large organizations, which led to the writing of this book.
