Michael Reinhard received his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Chicago in 2005. He is the director of the Public Management program at Millsaps College, where he is also assistant professor of Political Science. A former Fulbright scholar in Kyrgyzstan, he currently heads a research project in Afghanistan.
