Knowledge management has been gaining increasing attention from the practitioners and academia. However, the existing studies on managing knowledge across organizational infrastructure boundaries are spares in quantity and limited in scope. The present study represents one of the first large-scale empirical efforts to systematically examine the complex knowledge management practices in supply chain context. It attempted to evaluate and answer the following questions: 1) what is the factors of organizational infrastructure, 2) what is collaborative knowledge management practices in supply chain performance, 3) what is knowledge management practices perceived and impact on supply chain performance, 4) what are the drivers for organizations and implement of KMPs, 4) what performance outcome KMP can bring to the supply chain performance.
