Cecil Barham, the author, has served in full time ministry as the lead pastor of eight churches, and evangelist, and conference speaker since 1958. He studied at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in Waxahachie, Texas; Imperial Valley College, in Imperial Valley California; and, graduated from Pierce College in Woodlands, California. He is evanglical in Biblical theology.
