Mention the word Rapture today and you get a much different reaction than when I first got on board with this term. Back then it was a real Blessed Hope, everybody I ever talked to about it, was a real blessing - in all honesty, it was the turning point of my life when I heard about it one summer night while we laid on our cars looking up at the stars when I was a teen - but alas, that isn't so today. Today, you take a real chance of getting in some heated arguments with other believers about it. A bunch of which no longer believe as most did around 1977; that one day, before the Tribulation, we would, in the twinkling of an eye, be gone and outta here, and so be ever with our Lord Not so fast today, many think that they own the conversation rights on this topic to where no one who believes, as we all (and I'm speaking from my personal experience - that with other Christians) did at one time, in a rescue of gigantic proportions Today, the joy and the hope is missing from that Blessed Hope and I hope to bring it back to those who will listen. I can see the Bible teaching 2 distinct Raptures and not one. Many see the one but do not see the other because they think the two are the same. You'll have to read inside for more, but I'll tell you right now that instead of proving by contorting verses to mean what they mean - but not to whom they mean it - I simply show by the Types in the Bible which one is meant for whom and when. The Bible has the answers and ... Ec 1:9
The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
