Students of Catholic prophecy know that there will come an extremely evil time that will give birth to Antichrist. Following this will come a great chastisement by Almighty God in the form of Three Days of Darkness. In reviewing this work for republication, evil has gotten far worse than it was when this was originally written almost two decades ago. Also the original thoughts from Padre Pio have been found and reproduced at the end. The original work was written and compiled in part to reproduce this information, which was only remembered when this was originally written. Several of the modern evils are considered, such as some of the teachings of the Satanic Bible and the evils of modern music. At the conclusion the various books on Catholic Prophecy are considered briefly to assist students of Catholic prophecy to find all that is available on this important subject. It is hoped this will prove a useful tool for those who wish to prepare for the coming chastisement "And there shall be great earthquakes in divers places and pestilences and famines and terrors from heaven: and there shall be great signs." (Luke 21:11) In the past several years we have seen an increase in earthquakes and many other things that are predicted in Sacred Scripture. Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans. Are we entering into the time foretold in the Apocalypse? And what about the Three Days of Darkness predicted in Sacred Scripture and private prophecy. For over a century we have been warned by Almighty God, the Blessed Virgin Mary and by Jesus' Church that the chastisement is coming. "For there shall be then great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, neither shall be." (Matthew 24:21) Today we see many great evils afflicting the world. Someone observed that what people once considered a sin is no longer considered a sin. In fact, it is now an acceptable 'alternative lifestyle'. What is the cause of the evils of today? What should we do to prepare ourselves for what is coming?
