MacIver, Florian Znaniecki, Pitirim Sorokin, Robert Lynd, Paul Lazarsfeld, George Lundberg and Robert K. Merton belonged. It sheds light on the impact of MacIver who played a significant role in the exchange of ideas between European and American scholars and was an advocate of interpretive sociology."

O autorze

The Author: Theodore Abel (1896-1988). American sociologist of Polish origin, student of F. Znaniecki and F. H. Giddings, was professor at Columbia University (1929-1951). His research and publications contributed to the development of sociological theory and sociology of social movements.
