Production of the book has been crowd-funded through a very successful IndieGoGo campaign in 2014, nearly tripling the original goal. This case bound edition is illuminated with three full color divine images along with the full color title page and color end papers. The original illuminated calligraphy plate by the author is also in full color while the remaining five images are in their original deep tones. "
