Christopher Burr is a philosopher of cognitive science. His research explores how digital technologies have reshaped our understanding of well-being and the new opportunities and risks that these technologies pose for human flourishing.
Silvia Milano is a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Ethics Lab. Her research focuses on the ethics of AI and the nature of risk and uncertainty.
This edited volume presents an overview of cutting edge research areas within digital ethics as defined by the Digital Ethics Lab of the University of Oxford. It identifies new challenges and opportunities that will be influential in setting the research agenda in the field.
