Technology, Culture, and Socioeconomics is a journey toward a cultural politics of difference in technology discourses in education that explores possibilities for effecting sensibilities other than Western standardizations and hyperrealities. The Author: Patricia A. O'Riley is Professor of Education in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, University of Victoria, Canada. She received her Ph.D. in educational policy and leadership from Ohio State University and has taught at universities in Canada, Aotearoa/New Zealand, and the United States.
