The demands made in the face of school failure have been loudly trumpeted in all spheres. Society is questioning the role of the teacher in the face of this reality, which is why it is essential to resume the study of the teaching profession, its potential and practices, going beyond the common sense analysis that is built up in routine interactions in the daily exercise of our functions. In the search for data that can be analyzed and interpreted, this book aims to contribute to the expansion of scientific studies that encourage reflection on the day-to-day work of teachers. It discusses a number of issues relating to teaching work: the conditions of such work at school, based on the implementation of the Comprehensive Education Programme, highlighting the importance of inter-dimensional education (affective, cognitive and social), continuing training, the technological resources available and the organization of school times and spaces. It can be seen that the structure of the Comprehensive Education Program contributes to the work of teachers, because by reflecting on the work they do, they can deepen their knowledge of their professional performance and the potential of the work to be done on a daily basis.
