In more than 40 years with the company, he has seen many organization charts. Even during his tenure as Chief Financial Officer, he wondered at the fast pace at which new divisions with additional employees emerge. He is sure that thinking in terms of organization charts impedes collaboration and causes an uncontrolled increase in staff numbers. This he wants to change by means of Tasks & Teams. He believes that a change of mind is possible. Bernadette Tillmanns-Estorf has a doctorate in political science and Romance studies. For six years, she held various positions for the German parliament before she joined B. Braun in 1996 where she heads the Corporate Communi cations and Corporate Human Resources divisions.
