By Allah's grace, this is the second part of the "Tajweed Guide to Read Right" for the recitation of Hafs 'An 'Aasim by the way of Shaatibiyyah This Tajweed book is a humble attempt to look into the science of Tajweed for the people of the Qur'an. We pray that Allah makes it a tool to simplify and clarify the study the science of Tajweed. These books cannot be taught without a qualified teacher, therefore I decided to add tutorial videos to provide step by step explanations with practical applications for those who cannot find a qualified teacher. As stated before in book one, this book will discuss the theoretical rules of Tajweed such as: articulation points (Makharij), characteristics of letters (Sifaat), the rules of Laam, and the relationship between two meeting letters. Other lessons are considered a supplement to some of the lessons that are described in book one: The rules of Isti'aatha and Basmalah, Levels of Tafkheem, the rule of the stronger of the two causes of lengthening which is considered an addition to Madd lessons, also the meeting of Hamzatul Qat' and Hamzatul Wasl in one word. The pictures and the main source of reference used in this book are based on Shaykh Ayman Swayd's popular TV-Series "Itqan " I pray, that these books are accepted by Allah, by sincerely making this effort for his pleasure, and that Allah makes it a means of benefit for the Ummah.
