In the development of the final work of the Organic Vegetable Production Technicature, at FAUBA, we observe from a sociological point of view the agroecological production of a group of farmers belonging to the organization: Unión de Trabajadores de la Tierra (Land Workers Union). The Agricultural Colony located in Jáuregui-Luján, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a five-year loan from the Ministry of Social Development. An initiative of the National Institute of Agricultural Technology, to solve the problem of access to their own land, of several horticultural producers -most of Bolivian origin- that point out as a limitation of the projection capacity in the land that they now rent at increasing prices. The case study is based on the method of participant observation, in addition to open and structured interviews with key informants, and literature review. Through the case study it is corroborated that the temporal projection -necessary and characteristic- of the agroecological productions will be one of the factors that affect the rooting, the quality of life of the actors and therefore an integral agroecological production.
