Aquino III, Republic of the Philippines. Ujjayant Chakravorty is Professor of Economics at Tufts University and Fellow at the Toulouse School of Economics and CESifo. Majah-Leah V. Ravago is Assistant Professor and currently Director for Research at the UP School of Economics.
