Every one of these stories is a memoir, even thefairy-tale: "The Legend of Jeremy and Princess Lisa." A hummingbird did indeed try to sip nectar from the lips of Lisa in a circumstance similar to that in the story. What isn't fact, of course, is everything else in the story. In other words, a truth inspired the story. All of the stories range in truth from absolute truth with the names and places changed to protect identities, personal accounts of my own to the TINY truth of the Princess Lisa story. Some are "as-told-to-me stories though first person is used to create greater interest. A few are embellished personal experience, some embellished and enhanced more than others. The reader can decide, guess, or wonder.
